* ERP APPLICATION CONSULTANT *
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible to the development of System Applications to meet the company requirements
2. Analysis, design, develop and implement System Applications according to software development standards
3. Produce system and user documentation during the system developments
4. Design and develop database systems
5. Test, debug and document software developed
6. Carry out maintenance and support of assigned systems
7. Set up Planning and Managing Programmers to meet targets/projects
Requirements:
S1 Degree in IT, Accounting or equivalent from reputable universities
Strong knowledge of Finance and accounting system
Strong knowledge in Business process & workflow
Experience in minimum 1-2 years of Financial Accounting Software or ERP (Sunsystems/ Oracle/ SAP/ Microsoft ERP)
Experience in IT consulting firm / IT solution firm will be an advantage.
Good interpersonal and communication skill, high achiever, fast learner, open minded and good team player
Good command in English (min written)

* ERP TECHNICALCONSULTANT *
Technical – Application Consultant Job Descriptions :
• Develop new/modification program to achieve accuracy of mandays quoted.
• Identify solutions through understanding client requirements and researching the options available in our products.
• Implementing Software at client sites.
• Assist clients with software faults/bugs.
• Help Desk support and QA when required.
• Deliver Training/Education as required.
• Develop Technical specifications for clients.
• Develop/update project documentation.
• Communicate with customers in a timely and professional manner including management and escalation of client issues as appropriate.
• Maintain and enhance application knowledge by attending formal training, or self-passed materials.
Technical Consultant – Requirement for Engagement :
• Male / Female
• S1 Degree in IT, Accounting or equivalent from reputable universities with min GPA 3.0.
• Min. 3 years working experience.
• Have a good knowledge in MS. SQL Server, MS. SQL Server Reporting Services, Crystal Report and .Net Programming
• Experience in IT consulting firm / IT solution firm will be an advantage
• Ability to learn new technologies and resolve any problems involved in integrating new technologies.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill, high achiever, fast learner, open minded and good team player.

* HRIS FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT *
Responsibilities :
1. Implementation system solutions
2. Test and troubleshooting applications
3. Understanding of client requirement and translate them into application / software
and operational requirement
4. Develop client requirements documentations and system knowledge according to
standard templates/ SOP
Requirement :
1. Preferred Fresh Graduate S1 Degree in IT or equivalent from reputable universities
2. IPK min 2.75
3. Have a basic knowledge in database Access, MySQL, SQL Database and other
database
4. Able to do installations software and troubleshootingcomputer
5. Able to learn new technologies and have a good logical analysis to solve problem

Responsibilities &Roles :
• Approaching lead using email , phone or site visit
• Achieving and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the full line of products and services, and solutions offered
• Identify business opportunities, assess client’s needs and requirements, and make proffer follow-up to ensure optimum responses
• Developing new prospects / accounts targeted in new enterprise sized accounts
• Developing new business / cross selling solution with existing customers
• Engaging and monitoring in project-management duties
• Sales Pipeline development and management by weekly and monthly
• Maintain and strengthen relationship with customer
• Achieving Sales Targets by quarterly and annual
Requirements :
• Male/ Female , maximum 35years old
• Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience as corporate account management is required for this position
