1. Finance & Accounting Staff
Qualifications:
• Energetic young Male or Female, with maximum 28 years old
• Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Tax or equivalent from reputable university
• Hard worker, honest, self motivated, and well organized
• Having 2 years experience in Finance & Accounting/Tax
• Computer literate for Microsoft Office software
• Fast-learner, work in detail, can work under pressure
• Ability to work with independently and as a part of a team
Job Descriptions:
• Prepare Account Receivables
• Prepare Account Payables
• Prepare and/or review journal entries
• Assist with the month-end and year-end closing process
• Audit of petty cash fund
• Maintain cash flow by monitoring bank balances and cash requirements
2. GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Qualifications:
• Energetic young Male or Female, with maximum 28 years old
• Associates or Bachelors Degree (Visual Design or related degree from reputable academy or university)
• Remarkable portfolio
• Have experience in corporate branding, layout, and performing in product development
• Attention to detail, possess creativity and an eye for artistic elements. thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts
• Deep knowledge in InDesign, QuarkXPress, FreeHand, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat. Plus points: 3Ds Max, Director/Dreamweaver, and Flash
• In addition, computer literate for Microsoft Office software
• Fresh Graduate with a very comprehensive portfolio and creative ideas, will be considered
• Knowing how to combines a talent for design with an understanding of the customer needs
• Fast-learner, work in detail, can work under pressure
• Ability to work with independently and as a part of a team
Job Descriptions:
• Interpreting the client’s business needs and developing a concept to suit their purpose
• Developing design briefs by gathering information and data through research
• Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts
• Using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time
• Presenting finalized ideas and concepts to clients or account managers
3. Staf HR/GA
Kualifikasi:
• Pria, usia maks 30 tahun
• Min D3 semua disiplin ilmu diutamakan jurusan Teknik
• Pengalaman sebagai staf HR & GA min 1 tahun dengan lingkup pekerjaan a.l :
• Mampu mengoperasikan komputer min Microsoft office.
• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik.
• Mampu memenuhi kebutuhan yang diperlukan secara cepat, detail, proaktif, dan mampu bekerja multi-tasking
• Jujur, disiplin dan bersedia melakukan lebih dari yang diminta
Job Desc:
• Menangani rekrutmen
• Administrasi kepegawaian
• Menangani petty cash biaya operasional sopir dan kurir
• Administrasi kendaraan operasional (klaim asuransi, perpanjangan STNK, service, dll)
• Pemeliharaan gedung
• Pembelian ATK dan keperluan operasional sesuai kebutuhan
• Administrasi Absensi
4. Account Executive
Qualifications:
• Energetic young Male or Female, with maximum 27 years old
• Associates or Bachelors Degree
• Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply
• Good communication and negotiation skill
• Experience and able to work with target (company provides basic salary, and with benefit of incentive based on Sales record)
• Computer literate for Microsoft Office software
• Fast-learner, work in detail, can work under pressure
• Ability to work with independently and as a part of a team

• Sales visits
• Demonstrating/presenting products
• Establishing new business/sales order
• Maintaining accurate records
• Negotiating contracts
