[Release] Industrial Visit of Visual Communication Design Study Program to PT. Global Loyalty Indonesia (Alfagift)

JAKARTA, INDONESIA – On Friday, December 15th, 2023, the Visual Communication Design Study Program and the Interactive Design Study Program of Bunda Mulia University Serpong campus in collaboration with the Alumni & Career Center held an industrial visit to PT Global Loyalty Indonesia (Alfagift) located at Alfa Tower, Alam Sutera. PT Global Loyalty Indonesia (Alfagift) itself is a company known for its innovation in creating an engaging shopping experience while maintaining customer loyalty to provide an engaging shopping experience. 

An industry visit with the theme Optimizing User Experience: Latest Trends in UI/UX Design was hosted by Muhammad Wahid Ibrohim as UI/UX Designer from PT Global Loyalty Indonesia. Mr. Wahid shared basic knowledge about UI / UX design, how to create an attractive and interactive application display, problem-solving in making an effective display, and how to provide a memorable user experience. This industry visit provided an experience for students of the Visual Communication Design and Interactive Design Study Program at UBM Serpong Campus to exchange ideas, discuss current challenges, and how to design the right solution to take the user experience to the next level. Students can also see firsthand how to find out the latest trends to be applied to UI / UX design so that it can continue to be relevant and have a positive impact on user interaction.

Following an informative session, students were given a tour of the Alfagift facility. This provided a firsthand look at how companies can seamlessly integrate cutting-edge design with technology to create an interactive and enjoyable shopping experience. The visit proved to be a resounding success, as the hope is to equip students with valuable knowledge and experience in UI/UX design before entering the professional arena.
