English First is part of EF Education, the largest privately owned English language teaching organization in the world, which was founded in Sweden in 1965.
was founded in 1995 and provides an English Language school system for students who do not have the opportunity to travel to England, Australia or America. The company, which operates on a franchise system, has over 100 English Language schools around the world.
Our group of schools, EF Swara Group Jakarta, currently has ten locations in the north, southand west part of Jakarta, in the our skirt of Jakarta and also in the suburb ,Bogor. The ten schools make up one of the leading and highly regarded group of schools in Indonesia.

1.Course Consultant
•Preferably female, below 25 years old
•Fresh graduate/under-graduate are welcome to apply
•Able to work independently and team
•Able to work under pressure
•Strong customer service and target oriented
Job responsibility
•Able to sell services/products through phone
•Explaining the programs that exist in the EF
•Welcoming customers / guests who came to EF
•Follow-up students who are taking lessons or no lessons again at EF
•admin tasks
2.Online Marketing
•Have a good understanding of search engine optimization (SEO), HTML code, keyword research, Web content creation, online marketing, social media, and account management
•Able to analyze the online trend and make good use of social media platform as marketing tool
•Creative and innovative with good written communication and understands how to conduct online advertising campaigns
•Constantly aware of new methodologies and e-technologies
•Able to work well in a team as well as independently
•Able to multi-task and work well under pressure
3.Customer Relation Officer
•Preferably female, below 25 years old
•Min. D3 any major – from reputable university
•Good communication in English and interpersonal skills
Job responsibility
•Building opportunities and directing them to the appropriate distribution channels
•Proactively seek to identify customer needs
•Take full ownership of customer’s problems
4.Admin-Finance
•Preferably female, below 25 years old
•Min. D3 any major – from reputable university
•Good communication in English and interpersonal skills
•Attention to details, accurate, good initiative
Job responsibility
•Handling administrative job such as distribution, filling, book keeping, inventory, etc.
•Maintains customer database by inputting customer profile and updates; preparing and distributing monthly reports.
