ACCOUNTING STAFF
Job Description :
► Handle, understand and knowing About Journal
► Good knowledge in accurate system
► Able to handle Financial Administration
► Maintain information of Financial Adminitration
Qualification :
► Maximum Age 30 years old
► 1 year have minimum experience
► Able to operate computer
► Majoring D3 or S1 In Accounting
► Willing to work in North Jakarta
PERSONAL ASSISTANT
Job Description :
►Develop and maintain contact lists, agendas, scheduling, business
email management etc
►Organize business travel planning and coordination including
reservations ( car, airline, hotel) and itinerary planning
►Review and prepare reports, memos, letter, and other document
►Experience in managing, filling and organizing documents and
schedules
►General Errands ( generating ideas for gift, research and shopping
until sending, etc)
►Perform additional tasks as they arise
Qualification :
► Candidate from all scientific disciplines
► Experience min 1 year in the same position
► Fluent in English ( Written & oral) it’s must
► Fluent in Mandarin is more value
► Required Skills like MS office and google drive
► Good in communication, interpersonal and attitude
► Willing to traveling
► Highly motivated, fast learner, pleasant personality
► Good communication, Hardworker
► Attractive
► Able to be placed in North Jakarta area
► Age maximum 30 years
