Deskripsi Pekerjaan
PT Bank China Construction Bank Indonesia, Tbk now looking for :
1. Customer Relation Officer (CRO)
Handle customer inquiries and complaint to provide excellent service and information to customer.
2. Relationship Manager (RM)
Conduct in credit financials analysis, acquire new account and maintain relationship with existing customers.
Qualifications :
1. Required language(s) : English, Chinese.
2. Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field
3. Fluent in English both oral and written
4. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
5. Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
6. Having Strong networking
7. Well grommed and Computer literate (Ms. Office)
8. Good communication, selling, and negotiation skills
9. Hard worker and able to work under tight schedule and time limit
10. Customer Service oriented
11. Max. 35 years old
12. GPA min. 2.75 from reputable University.
