Job Description
Manages thesupport team: installation, hardware troubleshooting, Microsoft software.
Requirements:
– Man, bachelor’s degree from reputable university of information technology or information system.
– Minimum GPA 2, 75.
– Minimum 2 years work experience in Technical Support.
– Experienced in IT cases; Networking, Troubleshooting, and FAQ IT.
– Certified in Microsoft, CCNA or relevant certification will be an added advantage.
– Enthusiasm and a desire to make positive impact as a team leader.
– Pleasant and discipline with initiative and committed with strong sense of responsibility.
