1. BUYER
Job Description :
a. Sources and liase with new/existing suppliers
b. Develop and maintain product assortment
c. Planning for buying and promotion
d. Making and analyzing products report
Requirements:
a. Minimum University degree (S1)
b. Minimum 1 year working experience
c. Fast learner and willing to learn new things
d. Can do attitude
e. Microsoft Office (especially excel)
f. High English proficiency (fluent in speaking and writing)
g. Good in analysis and negotiation skill
h. Team player and hard worker
2. DATA ADMINISTRATOR
Job Description :
a. Data entry
b. Make sure that databases that need to be updated manually is updated in daily basis
c. Help commercial team to check price competitiveness of their products offering
Requirements:
a. Minimum University degree (S1); preferably but not exclusive to background like statistic, marketing, economic, mathematic, and or IT
b. 0 – 2 years working experience (fresh graduate is acceptable)
c. Fast learner and willing to learn new things
d. Can do attitude
e. Microsoft Excel
f. High English proficiency (fluent in speaking and writing)
g. Team player and hard worker
3. GRAPHIC DESIGN
Job Description :
To create design for promotion campaign and create design for other marketing channel such as email marketing or social media content.
Requirements:
a. Minimum University degree (S1); major in DKV (Desain Komunikasi Visual)
b. 0 – 2 years working experience (fresh graduate is acceptable)
c. Adobe family : Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe in Design
d. Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Point
e. Adobe flash is a plus
f. Adobe editing is a plus
g. Fast learner and willing to learn new things
h. High English proficiency (fluent in speaking and writing)
i. Team player and hard worker
4. MARKET ANALYST
Job Description :
a. Generate reports that analyze competition and customers
b. Offer insight about product potentials
c. Evaluate demographics, prices, distribution channels and marketing outlets
d. Identify new market opportunities
Requirements:
a. Minimum University degree (S1)
b. Should have 1 year minimum experience
c. Be familiar with advanced statistical analysis and research methodologies, along with common computer programs (excel). Having knowledge on SQL is a plus.
d. Fast learner and willing to learn new things
e. Can do attitude and have initiative
f. High English proficiency (fluent in speaking and writing)
g. Team player, hard worker and creative.
5. PROGRAMMER
Job Description :
a. PHP/Html coding for support web alfaonline and internal system to alfamart system
b. API and mobile development for alfaonline APPS
Requirements:
a. Minimum University degree (S1)
b. 0 – 1 year working experience (fresh graduate is acceptable)
Knowledge and Skills :
a. PHP
b. My Sql
c. HTML
d. Prestashop (optional)
e. Mobile API (optional)
f. Fast learner and willing to learn new things
6. SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST
Job Description :
To create campaign and creating brand awareness, and engage members through social media.
Requirements:
a. Minimum University degree (S1); major in Public Relationship/Communication
b. 0 – 1 years working experience (fresh graduate is acceptable)
c. Adobe Photoshop
d. Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Point
e. Adobe flash is a plus
f. Fast learner and willing to learn new things
