Job Description :
In the fast-paced and exciting world of new media, the Savant Degrees team is at the cutting edge of providing our clients with the latest technologies to enhance their business growth. As our Java Developer, you will lead the way in creating these technology products within our diverse team. You are passionate about creating efficient and well-designed web and software applications.
Responsibilities :
1. Write beautiful, self-documenting and easily maintainable code
2. Develop software projects as required by clients, while multi-tasking with several different projects at the same time
3. Deploy elegant and efficient solutions to unprecedented problems
4. Evaluate and communicate to project leader on any progress on timescales and technical limitations associated with project deliverables
5. Work side-by-side with design and marketing departments to develop client-centric products
Requirements :
1. Live, eat and breathe code
2. 0-2 years of current, hands-on experience in software and/or web development with a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
3. Knowledge in HTML, CSS, Javascript and Java skills would be added advantage
4. Possess a balance of theoretical knowledge and practical exposure
5. Resourceful and tenacious in solving problems
6. Outgoing personality, enjoy communicating with people and positive mindset
7. Proactive and able to exercise initiative
8. An aptitude for learning and having lots of fun
