[Release] Campus Hiring Orang Tua Group

The Orang Tua (OT) Group recently participated in a Campus Hiring event at Bunda Mulia University on October 24th, 2023. The event was hosted by The Alumni & Career Center Department of Universitas Bunda Mulia (ACC UBM). As a consumer goods company, OT Group strives to meet the needs of its customers through continuous innovation. Their dedication to excellence has resulted in the creation of superior products, which have received numerous awards from both national and international survey organizations.

The Campus Hiring began with a presentation of the company profile by Ms. Tiffany, the Talent Acquisition Manager of OT Group, followed by a Q&A Session. Subsequently, the participants who applied for the IT Developer position participated in the Skill Test. At the same time, the participants who applied for other positions participated in interviews with Ms. Tiffany and Ms. Tricia.

Following the campus hiring process, selected candidates will be required to undergo an online psychological assessment and subsequently attend an interview with potential employers. The campus hiring process has been implemented with the aim of streamlining the employment process for both current students and alumni of Bunda Mulia University. The process has been conducted in two stages, with the initial recruitment phase yielding positive results. The campus hiring event concluded with a Token of Appreciation by The Alumni & Career Center Department of Universitas Bunda Mulia, marking the successful conclusion of the recruitment process.
