The Alumni and Career Center at Bunda Mulia University has been establishing links between the academic sector and the industry. To enable students and alumni to connect with HR representatives from renowned companies, the center arranges campus hiring events. The events allow individuals to engage in conversations and exchange ideas with industry experts. On June 20th, 2024, PT. Ofero Technology Indonesia had the privilege of hosting an on-site Campus Hiring event through ACC UBM. PT. Ofero Technology Indonesia is a Provider Solutions For People’s Short-distance Travel. According To The Characteristics Of Southeast Asian Road Conditions And Travel Habits, An Electric Vehicle With A Longer Battery Life Is Forged, So That The User’s Action Radius Can Be Farther.
Campus hiring was held in a hybrid manner at the UBM Ancol Campus and via Google Meet. During the Campus Hiring event, Ms. Meli, from the HR Team, explained the company profile and also interviewed the participants. This interview is a crucial component of the selection process. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates to highlight their abilities and expertise and demonstrate their potential for the position.
The event ended with the presentation of a token of appreciation to the Ofero Technology Indonesia team. This was a nice touch and definitely appreciated by all participants involved. It is clear that the Alumni & Career Center plays an important role in bridging the gap between academic learning and industry demands, and it is great to see them making a positive impact on the lives of their students and alumni.
