[Release] Coaching Clinic “Mastering the Internship Journey: Everything You Need to Know Before You Start”

In collaboration with Padma Hotels, the Alumni & Career Center Department successfully organized a coaching clinic activity with the theme “Mastering the Internship Journey: Everything You Need to Know Before You Start” on May 30, 2024. The activity featured Mrs. Ristiana Manao, Corporate Director of Human Resources at Padma Hotels, as a speaker to enlighten our students who are preparing for internship activities. This initiative was taken by the university and company as a commitment to prepare students for the real world of work.

During the event, Mrs. Ristiana comprehensively explained the essential aspects that students need to know and prepare for before starting an internship. This included not only how to navigate the recruitment process, but also preparing for the internship itself, such as cultivating good work ethics, adapting to a new environment, understanding potential challenges and how to address them, and gaining an overview of the internship process.
