[Release] Industrial Visit: Faculty of Technology and Design to CTI Group

On Thursday, January 25th, 2024 Alumni & Career Center of Bunda Mulia University in collaboration with Faculty of Technology and Design, organized an industrial visit to Computrade Technology International Group (CTI Group). CTI Group is a cloud and digital solution provider in Southeast Asia with progressive innovation since 2003. CTI Group expanded their territory across Southeast Asia by establishing Computrade Technology Malaysia and Computrade Technology Philippines.

The Industrial Visit, with the theme “Securing Tomorrow: Empowering Tech-Savvy Cybersecurity Warriors,” was exclusively organized for students studying Informatics, Information Systems, and Data Science at UBM’s Serpong Campus. During the visit, the students had the opportunity to attend a talk by Mr. Aji Prasetya, a Network & Security Engineer Manager with over 12 years of experience in the field. The visit provided an invaluable opportunity for the students to gain insights into the latest trends in cybersecurity and how these trends are shaping job opportunities for fresh graduates.

Following the conclusion of the material presentation delivered by Mr. Aji, the activity proceeded with a sharing session presented by Maria Dira, an alumna of UBM. During this session, Maria described her experiences working in Channel Product & Product Marketing at CTI Group. It would be great to learn more about the key insights and lessons gained from her presentation.

To make the industrial visit activity more engaging, the CTI Group team organized games using Kahoot, and the three best participants were awarded prizes by the CTI Group. This gamification element added an exciting dimension to the visit, making it more interactive and enjoyable for the attendees.

Upon the conclusion of the event, attendees were cordially invited to participate in an office tour, where they were given the opportunity to visit several subsidiaries of the CTI Group and various facilities. Witnessing the coordination between the different departments in the pursuit of the company’s objectives was a fascinating experience. The industrial visit activity culminated with a group photo, which served as a memorable token of the visit.
