[Release] Industrial Visit of Faculty of Technology and Design to PT. Orang Tua Group

On Friday, November 24, 2023, Bunda Mulia University Ancol campus organized an industrial visit to PT. Orang Tua Group. This visit was a valuable opportunity for students of the Information Systems Study Program, Informatics Study Program, and Data Science Study Program to learn about the concept of information technology management. 

The theme of the visit was “IT Government in Orang Tua Group,” where speakers discussed the significance of IT governance, data security policies, and technology integration in decision-making. Orang Tua Group’s application of an IT governance framework ensures efficiency, security, and compliance with regulations in the use of information technology. 

The visit provided students with practical knowledge and experience, enabling them to exchange ideas, discuss current challenges, and design the right solutions to improve user experience. Students also had the opportunity to observe the latest trends in user experience improvement. Moreover, the facility tour allowed students to see firsthand the application of technology in the production of daily necessities such as toiletries and food. Overall, this visit was an inspiring experience for the students, who gained valuable insights and knowledge that will help them in their future careers.
