[Release] Kuliah Umum Jebsen & Jessen “Navigating the Professional World: A Guide for Fresh Graduates”

The Alumni & Career Center of Bunda Mulia University held a public lecture in collaboration with the Management Study Program on November 22, 2023. This public lecture was held in The UBM Seminar Room, 7th floor, Bunda Mulia University, Ancol campus, and was attended by 113 students who were taking the MNC23 course in Human Resource Management from 1.30 PM – 3.30 PM. During the public lecture, which was titled “Navigating the Professional World: A Guide for Fresh Graduates,” the attendees had the pleasure of listening to Mr. Raja Tinjo Hotmarasi, the Head of Renewable Energy at JJLAPP, a subsidiary of the Jebsen & Jessen group. Mr. Hotmarasi shared his valuable insights and experience with the audience, providing them with practical knowledge and advice to help them successfully navigate the professional world as fresh graduates.

In that event, students have gained the skills and knowledge to confidently and competently navigate their chosen career path by effectively prioritizing career management. A strong focus on career management enables them to identify their goals and objectives, develop the necessary skills and competencies, and make informed decisions that align with their aspirations. By actively managing their career, students can enhance their employability, build a solid professional network, and stay abreast of industry trends and developments.
