[Release] of Public Lecture of Management Study Program With PT. Erajaya Swasembada, Tbk

On December 9th, 2023, the Alumni & Career Center Department and Management Study Program organized a Public Lecture on “Marketing Strategies to Win in a Competitive Market in the Era of Disruptive Consumer Behavior.” Held at The UBM Lecture Hall, 5th Floor Alfa Tower, the event attracted 113 attendees, including many 1st-semester students of the Introduction to Business Management (MNC31) course. 

The public lecture was headed by Ms. Frisma Sari Esra Simatupang, who serves as the Head of Marketing of PT Erajaya Swasembada Tbk. The lecture aimed to inspire these young minds to learn more about business management and marketing strategies that help them thrive even in the most challenging environments. The moderator for the event was Mr. Ongky Alex Sander S.E., M.M., who is a lecturer in the Management Study Program at Bunda Mulia University. The event was initiated by MC Natasya Deswinta Puteri, and Dr. Ika Pratiwi Simbolon, S.E., M.M., the Secretary of the Management Study Program, delivered remarks beforehand.

During the public lecture, the significance of market research in determining marketing strategies that align with customer preferences was discussed in detail. The speakers emphasized the importance of customer experience as a means to establish strong relationships, create brand image, and build customer loyalty. The presentation included several case examples to assist the attendees in comprehending the concepts discussed. The Q&A session was conducted smoothly, with the speakers providing an insightful and informative response to all the questions posed.

In an act of gratitude, Dr. Ika Pratiwi Simbolon, S.E., M.M. presented the speakers and moderator with a Token of Appreciation before concluding the event with a group documentation. The Public Lecture was a resounding success, thanks to the enthusiastic participants and all involved.
