[Release] Seminar On “Language Learning Through Technology : Tips and Tricks”

The English Study Program, in conjunction with the Department Alumni Career Center, organized a highly informative seminar on the 10th of November, 2023. The seminar, “Language Learning through Technology: Tips and Tricks,” was held at The UBM Lecture Hall, located on the Serpong Campus. The event was graced by Mrs. Santhy Ria Kusnaeni, the Teacher Operations Manager, who delivered an insightful speech on the topic. The seminar was attended by extraordinary participants, from the English Study Program.

The seminar began with an opening speech from Mr. Jonathan Tanihardjo, the secretary of the English Program. He introduced the topic and set the stage for an informative session that would explore language learning platforms, with a particular focus on English. As the seminar progressed, Mrs. Santhy shared a wealth of knowledge and insights using various sources. Her teaching style also contributed to the success of the seminar, as she made use of interactive games like Kahoot to keep everyone engaged and entertained.

Participants were given the opportunity to apply their newfound knowledge in a practical setting through a group discussion focused on a topic selected by Mrs. Santhy. This collaborative exercise served to reinforce key concepts and enhance the overall experience for everyone involved. Attendees walked away from the event with valuable insights into the latest trends and best practices in language learning through technology, making it a truly enriching experience.
