The signing ceremony was attended by Yenli Megawati as Vice Rector for Student Affairs & Facilities, Murniati as Senior Manager of Student Affairs & Alumni, Regina Dewi Hanifah as Alumni & Career Center Manager, and Arie Paramitasari as Head of Human Resource. This event took place at The UBM Incubator Laboratory Room located on the 2nd floor of Bunda Mulia University Ancol Campus.
