[Release] Training “Teamwork Makes The Dream Works”

The HIMA Psychology Administrators at UBM Serpong Campus recently participated in an internal training session, organized by the Psychology Study Program and the Department Alumni Career Center. The training, titled “Teamwork Makes The Dream Works,” was held on November 10th, 2023 at the UBM Library. Mr. Bagus Bagaskara, a Talent Consultant from Ekrutes.ID, was the esteemed guest speaker who provided valuable insights on the topic.

The seminar commenced with an opening address from Mrs. Nindya Putri Aprodita, the Secretary of the Psychology Program at Serpong Campus. Mr. Bagus then proceeded to share his profound insights and extensive knowledge, which were invaluable to the participants. His organizational expertise proved to be instrumental in the success of the seminar, as he generously imparted his experience to all attendees.

To put the principles of teamwork into practice, the participants were encouraged to engage in games with a focus on team building, which was expertly led by Mrs. Nindya. This cooperative activity effectively reinforced the core concepts and contributed to a more meaningful event for all involved. Attendees left the occasion with invaluable knowledge on optimal approaches to teamwork, making it a truly enriching experience.
